How barcode billing works
1. Print labels
Create barcode labels for your items and print them on label rolls, or use the barcode already on the pack.
2. Scan at the counter
Scan the item at billing and the name, rate and GST rate fill in on the invoice screen.
3. GST bill with stock cut
Save the bill and stock is reduced on the same entry, with HSN and tax totals on the invoice.
4. WhatsApp or print
Send the invoice to the customer on WhatsApp, or print it on a 3-inch thermal printer or A4.

Each scan picks up the item with its HSN code and GST rate, so the invoice totals are ready without typing. Stock is deducted as you bill, and the invoice prints on a 3-inch thermal printer or A4.
